I made the fig spread and it was delicious. Couldn't find Mortadella at our local grocery, but did find an Italian deli, so will go get some and try the sandwich. Chuck roast is in the oven cooking. I have never gone out and gotten ingredients after watching a show before.....really enjoyed the show. I will keep watching. ""

Made this while I am waiting for the chuck roast to cook. With the exception of having to substitute ingredients, we loved the fig spread! This is only the second time I have wanted to go out and get ingredients for a recipe after watching a show. Great Job!""

Reviewed Overnight Oatmeal

I double the recipe since I had a big crowd. Unfortunately, the big crowd (mostly teenagers) overslept and the oatmeal overcooked. However, I took the left over oatmeal and made muffins. I added a cup of uncooked oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, eggs and butter. The leftovers made 72 muffins that were gone the next day. I did add mini-chocolate chips...
