Reviewed Pan-Roasted Halibut with Prosciutto, Lemon, White Wine, and Capers

I never try a new fish recipe for company, but this looked easy and the reviews were terrific. I served it last night to a party of 8 and not one flake was left on the plates! It was easy, fast, and got rave reviews. I finished it off while my company ate their salad, so it was an easy transition from one course to another. I agree that 10 minutes"
