Reviewed Hot Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

"Yum - A Great Sandwich! We had it two nights in a row. The only changes I made were using an indoor grill pan, hollowing out the bread, and only topping with avocado. Easy and delicious - will be a regular dish in our home. "

Reviewed Perfect Pot Roast

"Cooking at a low temp for hours is a wonderful way to cook meat - I have made brisket and ribs this way as well. The meat was soft but the flavor was lacking and I had to tweak the sauce before serving. I am not sure if it was an error on my part or the recipe. I definitely recommend cooking the meat this way but in a different sauce. I read many ""

Reviewed Gina's Perfect Roast Chicken with Gravy

"Easy and Delicious - I did not use a whole chicken but chicken cut into eight pieces - I layered the onions on the bottom and added about 2 cups of chicken broth and a few sprigs of the herb stems- I put the chicken on top and put the rub as directed under and on top of the skin - I thinly cut up a lemon and placed it on top of each chicken piece ""

Reviewed Mashed Cauliflower and Cheese

"Delicious! I am sure the recipe is fantastic with many depth of flavor as is but I made it simpler and dairy free - I have made smashed cauliflower before but what made this one stand out was the roasted garlic and the use of an immersion blender to whip the cauliflower into a smooth texture - i mashed it first and then used the immersion blender ""

Reviewed Lemon Blossoms

"Really Really Good and super easy to make! After reading the reviews I picked up the spray with flour and only put one tablespoon of batter in the muffin tin- the muffins did not stick - my oven may run hot or the Tab of batter was not enough to require12 min - but the Tab was the perfect amount of batter to have the muffins rise to just the top o""

Reviewed Lemon Chicken Breasts

"Really Good ... the chicken was juicy and soft with a nice flavor .. i served with rice to soak up the sauce ... I used a smaller baking dish so the sauce would come up higher on the chicken as another reviewer suggested (thank you to that reviewer and I marinated the chicken in the sauce about 6 hours before cooking ... because the flavor although yummy is very subtle I definitely recommend marinating so the chicken can draw in the flavor and then you can use the sauce to flavor your rice or veggies instead of needing it to impart flavor on the chicken... This is definitely a dish that can be prepared the night before... The chicken will taste better and the only thing you need to do is pop the dish into the oven the next day for an easy dinner.... I see that other reviewers found the lemon and spices powerful, I did not find this at all perhaps their zester took the white part of the lemon as well as the yellow... This was a very nice dish and I highly recommend."
