Reviewed Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

I used splenda in place of sugar in the cupcake batter and I thought it tasted just great. I agree with the other comment about the frosting recipe making twice the amount needed, I also used light butter for the frosting and it tasted great also. I put blue sprinkles on the top and it was a great 4rth of July dessert. "
