Reviewed Baked Mashed Potatoes with Parmesan Cheese and Bread Crumbs

"My husband and I traveled so much over the holidays and did not have much "down" time...so yesterday (1/9/11), I decided to make a nice, big comfort meal for just the two of us. This recipe was wonderful! The only change I made was that I added 1/2c of sharp cheddar and only 1c of motz. YUMMY! I will make some potato pancakes with the leftovers! Thanks Giada!
