"This is the best Brussels Sprout dish I have ever tasted. I believe that people who claim that they don't like them, have never had them cooked properly, such as this dish. I omitted the potatoes, as to keep it low carb. I make this recipe all the time, as it's a new staple in my house. Whenever I cook them for someone new, I get rave reviews."

"I substituted blue potatoes for red-skinned and left the skins on. I also substituted bleu cheese for cheddar. This meal was super easy and super tasty. Much easier and less time consuming than her Potatoe Casserole (although, that one is even better!)."
