Thank you Paula for an easy but absolutely delicious recipe. I was dying for this and all the other recipe's seemed a little much. I think next time I might even try soaking the pecans in that bourbon a little to see if that makes a difference. Simplest is usually the best. I LOVED it!"

Reviewed Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze

These cookies are so good they're totally addicting. Everyone I've given them to so far has asked for the recipe. I love the texture and that lemon flavor is so awesome! The hardest part was zesting the lemon. I made some with sliced almonds on top too and they were just fabulous. Really refreshing for the holidays or would make an excellent pools"
