By far the best pancake recipe. I used half whole wheat flour and half AP flour. Cooked up fluffy and beautiful. AMAZING!!!""

Reviewed Cumin Scented Oven-Baked Ribs with Sweet and Tangy BBQ Sauce

Feb 18, 2012 in Recipes on Cooking Channel

The spice rub was perfectly balanced...not too spicy but full of flavor. I cooked the ribs for 3 hours, then slathered some of the tangy sauce, and my family went nuts. Said this is these were the best ribs they ever had. There were NO leftovers! This will be the only oven rib recipe I'll ever need. Thank you Kelsey!!!""

Reviewed Nutty Sweet Potato Soup

Jan 2, 2012 in Recipes on Cooking Channel

I love sweet potatoes and peanut butter and so was anxious to try this one out, but i found this soup to be too spicy, and just plain weird. I won't be making this one again. Sorry Ellie. ""

Reviewed Beef Stew with Cream Biscuits

May 23, 2011 in Recipes on Cooking Channel

I loved Aida's beef stew. I did it all on my stove top, took about ~1hr of simmering and is super tender. The broth is amazing. Next time I would cut down on the cayanne a little bit, especially if you are cooking for kids. This will be my go-to beef stew recipe. It's so easy, if you cook it once you will probably have it memorized."
