I loved the compound butter (in fact, we're topping some burgers with it tonight!), but I'd probably make this with pounded and stuffed boneless skinless breasts next time. That way the blue cheese/bacon flavor will be even more pronounced."

Two words: deee-lish! (O.k., I cheated on the two words thing . . .). While I'm hard-pressed to call this dish "spicy," it did have better flavor than "plain" mac and cheese. I substituted some hot sauce instead of the cayenne pepper, and didn't realize I was out of nutmeg until halfway through, but it still got great reviews. Don't skip out...

Yum - this was delicious and super easy to make. Even my super-picky hubby said he'd eat it again (and this only happens with a handful of recipes). I usually try to make the recipe exactly as written the first time, but for this one I added the capers suggested by other reviewers. My only change would be to add more garlic and reduce the lemon...

I agree with the other reviewers who found the stuffing a bit bland. The pork itself turned out great, though - very moist & delicious. If the stuffing had a bit more flavor, I'd have given this a higher rating. It was super easy to make!"
