"The combinations of flavors are absolutely delicious! And so easy to make. However, I would season the butternut squash/onion mix before baking. I covered my mix in 2 minced garlic cloves as well as salt and pepper. And make sure you add enough salt to the finished product! Overall, very yummy. I've made it twice already. "

"Great potential! made it pretty much exactly the way it said to, minus the pork. The sauce, however, turned out to be just too salty. Next time, I would probably exclude the 2 teaspoons of salt from the pad thai sauce. Without the excess salt, It would have been PERFECT! Fish sauce has enough sodium anyway""
