"I absolutely love the tomatoe relish in this dish! It really makes the meatloaf dish excellent! I didn't have bacon, so that was eliminated, but I'd love to try it. Also added some of the last of my home grown herbs. Excellent recipe, Tyler!

Reviewed Parker House Rolls

"First batch turned out good but a little overcooked (I cooked it for 16 minutes). Next time, I'll keep an eye on them and check them at 12. Other than that, the recipe was easy to follow. A little time consuming (having to wait for the dough to rise multiple times), but it's well worth it!

Reviewed Pumpkin Lasagna

"I made this dish for a pumpkin party and it was the first dish to be finished! Everyone loved it! The only change I made was I took out the sausage because there were vegetarians at the party. It has a great flavor and makes a great lasagna for the fall! I will definately make this again.

Reviewed Trenette with Eggplant and Basil Pesto

"I have a basil plant that has been growing like a weed, so this was a perfect recipe to use some fresh basil! This was my first experience cooking with eggplant, and I'm not sure I cooked it completely (unless it's supposed to be a little chewy). It may be that eggplant just needs some getting used to, so I didn't deduct any star ratings for that. Overall, this was a GREAT recipe! Will definately make again!
