"Absolutely perfect snickerdoodle recipe. These make very large cookies, but they have the classic bite and taste of a snickerdoodle. The butter and shortening combination is essential to the classic tender and flakey mix. Don't change it. I would add 2T cinnamon as I like a bit more cinnamon in the coating."
