Reviewed Buffalo-Chicken Macaroni and Cheese
"I LOVE this recipe. I've made it for friends and for potlucks and I've always gotten rave reviews. Anytime I mention it my friends all tell me I need to make it now and give it to them! One thing I change is that I'm not a huge fan of the hotsauce so I only use 1/4 cup in the whole thing. I put it in with the chicken mixture and don't put any in t""
Reviewed Chili Lime Fish Fry
"Very simple and quick. The lime is a must, you have to use the lime because it really completes the dish. Used Panko breadcrumbs and they worked great. My fish was a darker brown but did not burn, just be careful not to get the oil too hot, that's probably the problem other people had when they said the fish got too dark before cooking through."
Reviewed Penne with Butternut Squash and Goat Cheese
"Very simple and very tasty. The butternut squash is just delicious! I sprinkled a little bit of nutmeg on top of my squash before I roasted it and that added a bit more flavor. Yummy!"
Reviewed Portobello Lasagna Rollups
"Like others said this took a lot of prep work, but it was definitely worth the effort. I used a jarred sauce to cut down on the prep time. I made half of the rolls as directed and I cooked up some italian sausage and added it to the other half of the rolls. Both were amazing! I also added a little bit more cheese on top than the recipe called for and it made a nice golden top to the rolls. Yum! "
Reviewed Pan Fried Tilapia
"I'm usually not very big on Sandra Lee, but I must admit that this was amazing. It's not the best fish I've ever had, but it is really good, and it's really really really simple! Dredge, cook, make simple sauce. You can have dinner ready in less than 20 minutes and it's a really tasty dinner too! "
Reviewed Oven Roasted Broccoli
"This is a very delicious way to enjoy broccoli, I love broccoli and I love garlic and together they are fantastic! The panko is wonderful in this dish when it's fresh, and leftovers are still good but the panko is a bit soggy when reheated."
Reviewed Roasted Squash Toss
"My squash tasted good, but needed some changes. I did not like the flavor of the acorn squash... I much preferred the butternut so next time I will only use butternut. Also, my squash was done waaaaay before the hour of roasting... at the halfway point when I checked it it was already soft and actually some pieces were starting to burn a little... could be my oven but be sure to be careful and watch your squash to avoid burning it!
Reviewed Baked Meatballs
"These meatballs were amazing! Even baked in the oven they had nice crispy bottoms and the parmesan cheese was oozing out of them, yum! I couldn't find lamb either so I just used 1 lb of ground round and half a pound of ground pork and it was still great. I also used italian seasoned breadcrumbs for a little extra flavor and they were delicious! Served them over spaghetti and tomato sauce and it was one seriously tasty meal! :) Also they were super easy to make, mix, roll and bake no frying required!
