Reviewed Banana Muffins with Mascarpone Cream Frosting
"These muffins are fantastic. I do have a recommendation for a slightly healthier frosting, though: instead of using cream cheese, use heavy, greek-style plain (or flavored?) yogurt. Yogurt is thick, rich, removes the curdles sometimes caused by the honey and is much healthier. Enjoy!"
