I followed this recipe to the letter. When I checked on my egg yolks and sugar at 5 min, they looked smooth & pale yellow. I added the marscapone for almost no time and the mixture curdled. I dipped the lady fingers in the espresso and rum mixture for 5 seconds and they literally fell apart. I tried quickly dipping and that also made them too...
