I think I already told you how amazing it turned out last year but guess what? it was even better this year:)))) I brined it for 10 hours (last year I only managed 6) and I cooked it for less than 2 hours total as I had only a 10lbs birdie. just juicy and the skin crunchy oh my....I knew sticking with Alton would be soo worth it!

very very easy and just the right amount of tang in it! I used orange mango juice and it worked perfectly with it too. super good, it just requires a little less liquid I think. it's a keeper.
