I like the idea of cooking bacon on a rack now. This will be my method of choice now. The bacon was tasty, however the texture was a bit gummy/chewy. I will work on it and see if maybe a thinner or different syrup might help. Also, I will use whole grain mustard next time instead of yellow mustard. But, overall good.""

Reviewed Penne with Braised Short Ribs

THIS ROCKS!!!!! This is the first time I ever braised anything. I did however add just a little worchestershire and 1/2 green pepper. Could not find short ribs so used country cut ribs and pork not beef. So I guess I really did not follow recipe. ""
