"i just made these (litterally) and im eating them now!!!
WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL Alton brown never disappoints :)
though it did take me like 4 days
Day1: Soak corn husk (fell asleep) make next day
Day 2: Never made
Day 3: Resoak husks and cook every thing only finished about 10 bundles
It was late so I just placed them in a container with a damp towel PLUS i had to make 2 batches of dough I ran out as I was finishing for what ever reason? maybe i made more than was supposed too i still had lots of meat left so I just made tamales until i had no more stuff left
Day 4: Finally cooked them :) and they r great!
