"I actually stumbbled across this restaurant while I was in New Orleans. I even ordered the sampler plate that included this jambalaya and I have to say it was fantastic. I didn't notice Guy's signed poster on the wall until the second time we went to the restaurant in our 5 day stay. That should let you all know how great the food was :)"
