WOW. This is going into my permanent rotation. I would highly recommend finding frozen artichokes, I found them at Safeway in CO. The plain artichokes vs. marinated really bring the true artichoke flavor to the broth. I used good quality turkey bacon. Wonderful!!!""

This is SO GOOD! Will be my go-to recipe for pesto from now on. I used 1/2 the amount of oil, toasted walnuts, and added a squeeze of lemon. FABULOUS!"

Amazing. I used veggie broth instead of fish stock, since apparently fish stock doesn't exist unless you make it! I've not cooked clams or mussels before so I used gulf shrimp, salmon & cod.
