Reviewed Whole-Wheat Cinnamon-Raisin Bread

I have baked many other breads and this one is at the top. I used WHITE WHOLE WHEAT flour, I find that regular (red) whole wheat just overpowers the cinnamon breads I have made before. I also omitted the raisins only using cinnamon/sugar and I made one loaf plain, just to see if I could turn this into my new sandwich bread. This bread is SO SOFT,...
