"I made these potatoes last year on Thanksgiving and they were wonderful. Tasty, fluffy, with a light cheese flavor that went perfect with the meal. The flavor is so amazing that you can either eat them as is or still put gravy on them if you prefer. The family loved them. The best part (ok 2nd best! is that I made these early in the morning then wrapped them up and placed in the fridge until it was time to pop them in the oven. "I had never roasted asparagus before as we only steam it but this recipe was easy to do, had an impressive presentation, and tons of flavor. The prosciutto is a little salty for me and has an intense flavor but it paired nicely with the asparagus. I'll be making it again on Thanksgiving.
