Reviewed Maple-Roasted Turkey with Sage, Smoked Bacon, and Cornbread Stuffing

"This is my family's favorite turkey recipe. The sage butter is fantastic! I don't make the stuffing and I go easy on the maple syrup but I do baste it with a light mix of that and it's own drippings. The bacon on top is a great idea, not only because it tastes so good, but it also prevents the breasts from over browning. I use it on the legs t"

Reviewed Maple-Roasted Turkey with Sage, Smoked Bacon, and Cornbread Stuffing

"I meant to say that I also made the gravy, and since I don't use a ton of maple, it wasn't sweet but savory and full of flavor, especially with the sage. The squeeze of lemon makes it."

"What a great idea! Was a perfect addition to my Superbowl burgers! I used my own blue cheese dressing and some extra wing sauce but no other changes. Very fresh and everyone loved it.""

Reviewed Beer Battered Onion Rings

"Just made these for Superbowl and they were the talk of the party! So good, they're ridiculous! I used peanut oil for frying - can't go wrong there - but didn't make the dip. Next time! They really are the best I've ever had, and not too hard to make. Just a little time consuming.""

Reviewed Beatty's Chocolate Cake

"Made this today and it's wonderful! Really great cake recipe from start to finish. It came together perfectly. The layers are high, fluffy & moist, yet it holds its shape and the icing & filling beautifully. I didn't make the icing recipe here but maybe next time. The cake is a perfect base for any icing! Highly recommend and no you don't tas"

Reviewed Baked Mashed Potatoes with Parmesan Cheese and Bread Crumbs

"I made these potatoes last year on Thanksgiving and they were wonderful. Tasty, fluffy, with a light cheese flavor that went perfect with the meal. The flavor is so amazing that you can either eat them as is or still put gravy on them if you prefer. The family loved them. The best part (ok 2nd best! is that I made these early in the morning then wrapped them up and placed in the fridge until it was time to pop them in the oven. Last year was the first year I was out of the kitchen early and able to enjoy the day. I highly recommend making these. I plan to again this year for an even bigger family gathering. Enjoy

Reviewed Roasted Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto

"I had never roasted asparagus before as we only steam it but this recipe was easy to do, had an impressive presentation, and tons of flavor. The prosciutto is a little salty for me and has an intense flavor but it paired nicely with the asparagus. I'll be making it again on Thanksgiving.
