I was skeptical of this recipe but it was wonderful! I even did a bit of splenda (mix of splenda and sugar) and it was still excellent! I put some chunks of chocolate in it, too. Delicioso! Try it!

Reviewed Garlic Mashed Potatoes

These are delicious. Husband said they were the BEST mashed potatoes he's ever had. Little tip, if you don't want to get a "chunk" of garlic, grate it with a little handheld grater instead of mincing it. It blends in perfectly! The grating garlic is a "tip" I learned from Rachael Ray, so I pretty much do that all the time now rather than mincing.

I believe this toffee could have been great, except that the recipe claims to wait until the candy thermometer reaches 300 degrees. However, I should've read these reviews first to know to watch for the color of "peanutbutter" and then take it off the heat... I cooked mine according to the recipe and it was nearly burnt and that richness taste is...
