"Delicious salsa, I didn't even think I liked tomatillo salsa, but this is addictive. On her tv show, she roasted the veggies in a dry pan without oil, which is what I did. I used only 1/2 cup of water as a previous reviewer suggested, and the thickness was perfect.

"Didn't like this at all. Another reviewer said the chocolate cake had a funny flavor, I agree, maybe not enough cocoa? The flan was good, but the cake stuck to the bundt pan too (my cajeta was a lot thicker than Marcela's). Won't make this again. Love the show though, have made lots of other yummy food from it.
