Reviewed Cornbread Stuffed Crown Roast of Pork

"EXCELLENT!! The rub was out of this world delicious, the pork was perfectly juicy, it was amazing! I will definitely make this recipe again and again! Unfortunately out here where I live a Butcher is hard to come by, then explaining the "frenched" part of the recipe was another challenge to tackle. I ended up getting a non-frenched barely fluted roast, that was 9lbs. Because every butcher I talked to could not make a 5lb roast as this recipe calls for. So I roasted the 9lb roast for 30min instead of 15, and then continued to cook it for 2hrs 20min at 350. Came out PERFECT at 160degrees. I think this meal came out better then my Thanksgiving meal! Thank you Paula for an AMAZING dish that pleased everyone, plus the perk to more roast then you wanted...you get YUMMY left-overs.
