WOW!!!! Simply the best banana muffins I have ever made or tasted! This recipe is correct with all its measurements. Re: baking time - I just kept watching them and testing with toothpick. I didn't want them too brown on top.

What a great easy and simple recipe! I thought this chicken needed a sauce, so I made a Monterey-jack cheese sauce and put that on the chicken -- yummy!! Just melt a 1/2 stick of butter with some flour and make a roux, using milk. I used left over slices of the cheese and pulled apart pieces and put in the pot and constantly stirring until melted"

What an excellent sauce! I added a few things to it and changed a few things around (almost doubling: no sage leaves so I used 1.5 tsp of ground sage & 1 bay leaf. I used 1 can of sliced mushrooms (6 oz, 1 pint of heavy cream, 4 cloves of garlic, 1/2 leek and 1/2 cup of chopped onions. Took pan off stove and added some corn starch to thicken quick"

Great recipe!! It definitely needed another 5 mins to bake, making 25 a good #.

I served them immediately after cooling down, and they were good. However, they were SOOO much better the next day after placing them in the fridge overnight. It tasted like true mini cheesecakes!! They were devine and much better served the next day!...
