Reviewed Bobby's Signature Mojito
"This is my new favorite Mojito, and I plan to use the delicious ginger simple syrup in other cocktails as well. I agree- no shaking unless you would rather wear the mojito. Stir until mixed and cold, then pour. ""
Reviewed Poached Salmon
"Extremely tender and delicious. Loved the flavor. I will definitely be making this again.

Reviewed Quinoa with Garlic, Pine Nuts and Raisins
"This was our first time making quinoa, and I have to say it was delicious. We used golden raisins and a mixture of water and chicken stock. Will definitely be making this again and again..

Reviewed Mexican Hot Chocolate
"I'm almost disappointed I found this recipe, because now I'm craving it every night after dinner. Notice I said "almost". This is a deliciously creamy and rich hot chocolate recipe with a hint of spice. I add a decent sized pinch of cayenne because I like a little more kick. I have used both Lindt and Ghiradelli bittersweet, but I favor the Ghiradelli. IMO this recipe is more similar to drinking chocolate than your standard cup of hot cocoa and it is utterly sublime.
