This is my new favorite Mojito, and I plan to use the delicious ginger simple syrup in other cocktails as well. I agree- no shaking unless you would rather wear the mojito. Stir until mixed and cold, then pour. ""

I'm almost disappointed I found this recipe, because now I'm craving it every night after dinner. Notice I said "almost". This is a deliciously creamy and rich hot chocolate recipe with a hint of spice. I add a decent sized pinch of cayenne because I like a little more kick. I have used both Lindt and Ghiradelli bittersweet, but I favor the Ghiradelli....
