Reviewed beefy stuffed sweet potato

Jun 10, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

I loved this! Not only was it super tasty but it is also nutritionally packed! I used yams instead of sweet potato's and deglazed the pan with stock instead of water. Enjoy!

Reviewed toodee fruity-blueberry cheesecake cupcakes

May 18, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

I'm always looking for cupcake recipes that impress, these definitely did that! The cheesecake batter makes the cupcake very moist. Everyone loved them. I did however have leftover pound cake batter but barely enough graham cracker crust mixture. I had to make 1.5 times the graham cracker bottom. Enjoy!

I've had my eye on this recipe but I'm concerned that baking the carrot cake twice would result in a very dry cake. I'm guessing that your cake was moist based on your 5 star rating?

These are pretty good but they're not for everyone. I liked them however my daughter and husband did not care for their spiciness (I halved the cayenne). I was drawn to them because they were different. If I make them again I would probably quarter the amount of cayenne.

Reviewed Sugar Free New York Style Cheesecake (Stevia)

May 5, 2013 in null on Food.com

I am new to baking with stevia and I had high hopes for this recipe. I was slightly let down. The crust was great but the filling was a bit off. The texture was crumbly not smooth; even the color of the cheese cake was different (more white). I will make this again but will play around with the ingredients in hopes of a better result. I did ...

Reviewed Chicken Enchiladas with Roasted Tomatillo Chile Salsa

May 5, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Hands down the best enchiladas I've ever had. I followed the recipe exact except I couldn't get tomatillos in my town, I used regular red tomatos from the vine instead. I also scraped the seeds out of the jalapenos after roasting them so it wasn't too spicy for my children. "

I loved these!!!! I used regular whole wheat flour instead of pastry, coconut oil instead of butter, omitted the raisins and added 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, low fat buttermilk, and added 1/2 cup crushed pineapple. So good! A versatile recipe, make it your own!"

I did not try making the Bucheron salad because I did not have the ingredients however I did use the rosemary, thyme steak rub. It was amazing!!! This is the only rub I will use on my rib steak from now on. Thank you!"

Reviewed Butternut Squash and Pork Lasagna

Aug 6, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This recipe was great however it is definetly a labour of love; takes forever to make! I made the mistake of not making my ragu ahead of time. Probably took closer to 5 hours to make. I also do not have a mandoline so it was extremely difficult to cut the squash. I also had to use extra lean beef as my grocery store was out of ground pork but "
