"This recipe was great however it is definetly a labour of love; takes forever to make! I made the mistake of not making my ragu ahead of time. Probably took closer to 5 hours to make. I also do not have a mandoline so it was extremely difficult to cut the squash. I also had to use extra lean beef as my grocery store was out of ground pork but "
