"I have now made this 2 times for family gatherings and each time I'm asked for the recipe! I used a pound of cheese instead of 12oz. I use 12 oz of sharp cheddar and then 4 oz of pepperjack. I also fried up bacon so they were like bacon bits and folded it in. AMAZING! I bought texas toast croutons and put them in a ziplock crush them up, toss them"
