I am not a big fan of peas, but decided to try it for something different. Let me tell you, this dish is fantastic! It's very difficult to get green veggies into my fiancé, but he gobbled this dish right up. I had some leftovers since I was just making this recipe for two so I put them in the fridge and ate it as a dip with crackers the next day."

Potatoes turned out beautiful. Nice crispy texture and golden crust. They go well with Aarti's pea purée. Despite all the spices, they didn't have an incredible amount of flavor. I will add more coriander and thyme the next go around. Great texture, though!"

I will make this recipe again, but add a little more saracha. With the recipe as is, it doesn't come out spicy. Also, I don't have a spice grinder, so I ran the toasted spices through a disposable, empty pepper mill. This didn't get the spices into a powder, as called for in the recipe, but I didn't notice the course spice texture in the dish so it...
