Reviewed Crispy Coriander Potatoes

"Potatoes turned out beautiful. Nice crispy texture and golden crust. They go well with Aarti's pea purée. Despite all the spices, they didn't have an incredible amount of flavor. I will add more coriander and thyme the next go around. Great texture, though!"

Reviewed Spicy Sticky Lamb Chops

"I will make this recipe again, but add a little more saracha. With the recipe as is, it doesn't come out spicy. Also, I don't have a spice grinder, so I ran the toasted spices through a disposable, empty pepper mill. This didn't get the spices into a powder, as called for in the recipe, but I didn't notice the course spice texture in the dish so it works as a good sub if you don't have a spice grinder. One other thing: I made the mango chutney mayo that she makes with this dish on the show. It was good. I think next time, though, I will try it with Greek yogurt. Great recipe overall. I have added this to my go-to recipes."
