"These are exactly as described: super lemony, and absolutely delicious. I doubled the recipe and it fit perfectly in a sheet pan with about 5-7 minutes extra baking time to set the filling. The crust takes like shortbread, and the filling has just the right amount of tartness. Great recipe."
