"super yummy, would make again! next time i would cut the milk/egg & dry spice mix in half so i didn't have to waste it, i had to throw the rest away after i dipped the steak. made w/ ribeye steak paired w/ PW's creamy mashed potatoes recipe and my own chopped salad! what a meal!
