Reviewed Chicken Noodle Soup

"I normally do not shortcut a recipe the first time but I felt that I have made enough chicken soup that it would be fine this time. I used a roasted chicken from the store and a good quality box chicken stock to cut down on the time, everything else I kept the same. I have to say this came out just as good if not better than a soup that had been simmering on the stove for hours! Made a perfect weeknight meal on a cold night.

Reviewed Marble Mountain Chicken and Dumplins

"This recipe was alot of work, but well worth the effort. The dumplings were really good. Next time I make it, I think I will make double the amount of dumplings! The leftovers were really good too!

Reviewed Swedish Meatballs

"I have made many meatballs over the years. This one is one of the best I have ever made! The texture was right on and with a little salt and fresh ground pepper the gravy was amazing! I too put the meatballs over egg noodles, as suggested in other comments to make it a meal. I will be making this recipe again and again!
