The grilled peaches were one of the best non-chocolate desserts I have had. I did modify based on the other reviews. I did not use the wine in the mixture. Also instead of the mascarpone and vanilla mix, I had salted Carmel gelato - sooo yummy!!!! Great light summer dessert!"

Really good. I recommend a bit less oil at the beginning and drizzled on top. I used more zucchini than potato and it still was great. Also, I tried the mascarpone with goat cheese and basil instead of the rosemary (from her stuffed date recipe). I used this as a course in a dinner that I did a series of small plates.""

The cake is absolutely amazing. Light, moist, fantastic! I used two spring form pans and it cooked in 23 minutes in my convection oven. I then cut each in half to have a four layer cake. I used Ina's peanut butter frosting for the filling which was absolutely amazing and a perfect compliment to the chocolate.
