"The cake is absolutely amazing. Light, moist, fantastic! I used two spring form pans and it cooked in 23 minutes in my convection oven. I then cut each in half to have a four layer cake. I used Ina's peanut butter frosting for the filling which was absolutely amazing and a perfect compliment to the chocolate.
