"Made these for dinner tonight and they were a screaming succes. I added one pound of Italian Chicen Sausage that I browned to the spinach ricotta mix omitting the proscuitto. Definately a keeper and faster than lasagne for me.

"I had to give this 5 stars because my husband said "the next time I make it make alot" Not sure what what adavis did to her beurre blanc but I've been making it for years and even a simple one is delicious and decadent with the cream and butter. I did marinate my cutlets in buttermilk for the afternoon. It's buttermilk or a brine for 30 minutes. Always makes my chicken guarenteed moist and flavorful. I also ground the almonds and bread crumbs super fine. Will be making this again."
