"I had baked a pumpkin cheesecake before, but couldn't remember the recipe, so I tried this recipe that i came across. In all honesty, it wasn't that great in comparison to the original recipe I had attempted. The baking time is insufficient, as the center of the cheesecake did not fully bake. Also, the recipe says 4 hours is enough time to refrige"
