Reviewed Grandma Hiers' Carrot Cake
"Made this for my mom's birthday back in April. My mom and everybody else there just loved this cake. Will be making it again. I just made it in a 9x13 pan, floured the bottom and put some parchment paper in the bottom. When I took it out of the oven it just fell right out of the pan and let it cool."
