Reviewed Homemade Granola Bars

I just made these granola bars. The flavour is absolutely delish but the texture of mine aren't quite right. I left them 3.5 hrs but they are quite soft and crumbly. Anyone tell me if there is a secret? I'm wondering if I added too much honey (although I followed the recipe exactly)
