Super easy, super tasty (and inexpensive!). I started with 1/2 the cayenne, but ended up adding it all for optimal flavor. Spices as listed are not too much, in my opinion. The only thing I would do differently next time is take the previous reviewer's advice and wrap the roll in plastic film and freeze for 30 minutes before slicing for more picture-perfect results.
