This is very good chili. I only made a few changes...Seems as though 5 lbs of meat would be WAY too much. I used 2.5 pounds beef stew meat. Worked great, easy to use, and tasted great. These are very easy to make. I didn't have any problem with the dough being sticky, but I had also left the dough in the fridge over night. It was COLD! I added a maple glaze over the top and the guys in my office LOVED them! Just mixed 1/2 cup of powdered sugar with a little water and some maple syrup and drizzled over the top. Tasted great!...
