My Activity

Reviewed Braised Short Ribs

"This was so delicious! I made it for guests last night and everyone was so impressed! Served it with mac & cheese, roasted brussel sprouts, and buttery dinner rolls. Comfort food at its finest!"

Reviewed Broiled Salmon with Herb Mustard Glaze

"I made this for guests last night and everyone loved it! I didn't alter the recipe at all. I made the mustard sauce ahead of time and let the fish hang out in the fridge until 10 mins before we were ready to eat. It was so easy!"

Reviewed Grilled Stuffed Tomatoes

"I love this recipe. I use more of the green onion and the basil. I also add lemon juice and zest to the pasta mixture. I don't have an outdoor grill right now, so I just cook them, covered, in the oven until heated through and then remove the foil and give them a few minutes on "broil". They are a nice light side to have with steaks, pork tenderloin, or chicken breasts!

Reviewed Remoulade Sauce

"I have also made this sauce with crab cakes numerous times and it is SO delicious! My husband loves when I make it and spreads the leftover sauce on his sandwiches, hot dogs, burgers, you name it, for days! For creole flavors, Emeril never lets me down!

Reviewed Carnitas Tacos with Spicy Slaw

"This is a delicious recipe, and SO easy! I have made it many times with chicken breasts as well as pork loin. I usually make extra sauce, the whole can of enchilada sauce and the whole package of taco seasoning. I add cayenne pepper for heat. It's great for a big group and the chipotle slaw is a perfect complement. Sometimes I make a black bean & corn salsa in addition. My guests are always impressed with the flavors and I have never told them it's just enchilada sauce and taco seasoning!

Reviewed Spring Green Risotto

"Fantastic recipe! I did not use fennel or leeks, although I love leeks. I had a white onion in the fridge and used that. I added a few garlic cloves, some fresh tarragon that I had on hand and about half as much lemon. I served this with oven-roasted shrimp. Simple, and so easy! Everyone loved it.
