Reviewed Tomato-Basil Bread Pudding
"AMAZING! I was a little skeptical making something with the name bread pudding in it that was not a sweet, dessert type dish. I gave it a shot and I'm so glad I did. Everytime I make this for people they go back for seconds. My roommate, who had thought she hated tomatoes, could not get enough of this dish. I stayed true to the recipe and made it exactly as is. Delicious!!"
