While I was making the tiramisu I was very nervous about the mascarpone cream because it had a strong smell of marsala but I continued to make it anyway. I let it chill overnight and the next morning the marsala got soaked right into the tiramisu because the strong smell was gone and all I could smell was a magnificent tiramisu. My husband and I"
