Reviewed naan: indian oven-baked flat bread

Although this was VERY easy, I have to say, it didn't have much flavor. I didn't add any of the extra stuff- just traditional naan, and it was really lacking. As mentioned, it gets VERY smoky...and we had to open TWO windows with the range fan going full blast to keep our alarm from going off. I will probably try this again, and perhaps next time...

We absolutely love this recipe, with a few changes. I can only get fresh brussels sprouts in 1 pound packages, so I used a bit less oil, and took down the amount of salt.
