Reviewed Spicy Sausage Meatloaf Patties with Italian Barbecue Sauce
"This was Delicious! I omitted the bbq sauce and only made the meatloaf. I didn't have bell pepper on hand so I used 1 roasted red pepper from a jar. Also added some garlic to the meat. Served it with grilled zucchini. Will definitely make again! "
Reviewed Ravioli Caprese
"This was good. I didn't use the ravioli dough, though. I just made the filling added some lemon juice and crushed red pepper and garlic and cooked some lasagna noodles and made some lasagna rolls. Would be good with an Alfredo sauce on top."
