About Me

I work at a privaite school, have been there for 11 years. I love it. I work with Kindergarten through 8th grade. It is the best work environment I've ever been in. I also work in network marketing which, besides being a phenomenal business, gives me the opportunity to meet new people as well as offer something great to my old friends.

   My passions are being with my friends and family doing anythng fun, cooking, winetasting, a great martini, trying new restaurants, exercising, heart-to-heart talks, laughing til it hurts, a good cry, reading, make-up, surprises, lattes, shopping, going to the beach as much as possible in the summer, holding babies, family dinners and breakfasts, being with the people I love most.

Pet-peeves? People with agendas that interrupt my time and won't take a polite "no" and go away, a slow line at Starbucks, my own disorganization (mod), my "Cookie Hell" oven, bad hair days, running out of anything I need/use regularly-see "mod,"  losing an email right as I"m ready to send it.

   Wanting to have family and friends around the table enjoying each other, the food, drink and atmosphere is a great inspiration to cook. Best of all is when my husband and sons tell me "This is the best _______ you've ever made!" Food Network has given us another way to spend time together because we now cook together and talk about what we saw and want to try to make. We also note the restaurants seen on FN and make it a point to try them when we have the chance.
