"These were delicious!my Bridge group raved about them.However,the frosting sounded like way too much. So for the frosting I only used 1 8oz.of cream cheese and 1 stick of butter, 1 tsp.vanilla and 2 cups of confectionery sugar and this was more than enough and had some left over besides. Also, I got 30 cupcakes out of the recipe. "

"I had this out in East Hampton at Nick n' Toni's was fabulous. I have since made the recipe "exactly" as is and it was just like the restaurant. I don't understand people changing out a recipe adding or deleting..........it just isn't the recipe then. This is a winner!"

Reviewed Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup

"I made this last week and it was terrible! With all the expense getting the ingredients I was so looking forward to this soup. I was suspicous when I saw the 6 cups of water to make the broth. I think the soup was very bland and I even kept adding more salt but no sip! I have made other mushroom soup recipes which I will stick too.

"Going, going, GONE!this recipe from my collection!

My husband loved this and the taste(but he loves everything I cook).This was way too salty, I added less oyster sauce and no fish sauce. Sometimes I think Ina makes things looks so attractive when they are not, this was a big messy looking fish before cooking and afterward not that great looking either.

Reviewed Chicken Salad Sandwiches

"I made this for my bridge club of 20 people. I read the reviews and was quite excited about doing this recipe and also saw Ina recently put it together on her show. The tarragon definetly made this a different chicken salad for me. I cooked boneless chicken breasts in chicken broth instead of baking the boned as she suggested. I also used crossiants instead of the bread. It was a good recipe but not as exciting as I thought it would be, felt it was a bit dry so added more mayo.
