My Activity

Reviewed Old-Fashioned Fudge Pie

"This was excellent! I used 3oz. bittersweet chocolate and used 3 eggs which made it a fuller pie. You do need to temper the eggs. The pie is so quick and easy. I warmed it up in microwave the next day for 30 sec. a slice. YUMMY!"

Reviewed Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

"This was really a yummy soup. A bit of work but worth it. Once you make the spicy rub you can save it in a zip bag and use it when needed. ""
