Reviewed Grilled Sweet Potatoes with Lime and Cilantro

"Wonderful and different. I used the zest of three limes, and would reduce the salt next time. I substituted cumin for the cayenne to make it kid friendly. I also sauteed the sweet potatoes in a skillet to make it quicker and easier. Look forward to using this again. We were really tired of the same old sweet potato fries, mashed sweet potatoes, et"

"Amazing. I omitted the peppers (due to food allergies) and my kids aren't fond of red onions, so I just let each person add their own. It was great in a roll-up with spinach, cucumbers, and fresh tomatoes. I used frozen limas, and I did have to add a little bit of water to make it spreadable."
