Reviewed Goan Beef Curry with Vinegar: Beef Vindaloo

"This smelled delicious! Sadly, my family ate all of it before I got a single bite, so I didn't get to try it myself. :-( I opted out of adding the cayenne, because even though I love spicy food, not everyone in my house shares my fondness for heat. It must have been a hit, because it was gone before I could get any. Must make it again sometime and make sure I eat some myself before letting my family gobble it all down!!!

Reviewed Pretzel-Fried Steak with Mango-Onion Gravy

"Can I use methi powder or fenungreek seeds instead of dried fenungreek leaves for the steak? I can't seem to find any of the dried leaves in my pantry, and if I can get the mango chutney at the grocery store, it would be much easier to make one trip for ingredients instead of two......

Reviewed Chickpea and Artichoke Masala

"The chana masala was great! Unfortunately, my rice was too hard. Does anyone know how to make rice start cooking again once you take off the lid? I have no luck whatsoever with it. :-(

Reviewed Thai Red Curry Mac 'n' Cheese

"Boy was this good! I doubled the recipe, and accidentally added only half the amount of curry paste I was supposed to, but it worked out perfectly, because no on in my house really likes spicy food but me. It was a TREMENDOUS hit. Yum!
